When you visit our website, the server automatically stores data in a log file: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating the website securely and without disruption (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log data is deleted after 14 days.
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your name, your organization, your email address and the content of your message in order to answer your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for inquiries related to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We store the data until the inquiry is closed, for no longer than 24 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
We do not use analytics, tracking or marketing cookies. Only technically necessary cookies are used, where they are required to operate the site. No consent is required for these.
All fonts are delivered from our own server. No connection to third-party servers is made.
We use service providers for hosting and email with whom we have concluded data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR: hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany; email: Zoho Corporation, data center location EU. Zoho may involve group companies and sub-processors in third countries (in particular the USA) for operation and support. The transfer is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. You can request a copy of these safeguards at [email protected].
